These terms apply when you buy from verdosa.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Verdosa sells food supplements in the United Kingdom. Our contact details are at the end of this page. When we say "we" or "us" we mean Verdosa; "you" means the person placing the order.
We sell food supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please read the label before use. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, particularly if you are taking medication, are under medical supervision, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an existing health condition. We cannot give medical advice.
Product images on this site are for illustration. Packaging, capsule appearance and label design may vary. The information on the product label supersedes anything shown on this website.
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.
Delivery timescales, costs and areas are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Where we offer a subscription, you agree to a recurring order at the interval shown at checkout. The following applies to subscriptions.
Your right to cancel, the exception that applies to sealed health products once opened, and how refunds work are all set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us and we will put it right.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for losses arising because you used a product in a way we did not intend or advise, or contrary to the instructions on the label.
You agree to give accurate information when ordering and to keep any account details secure. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be for resale rather than personal use.
The Verdosa name, logo, label designs, product photography and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
If something has gone wrong, please email sales@verdosa.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may be able to raise the matter with your local Trading Standards service via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
