How and when we send your order, what it costs, and how your payment is protected. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not ship outside the UK at present.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and to offshore addresses may take a little longer than the timescales below.

The exact price for your order is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally despatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are despatched on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
You will receive an email confirming despatch, with tracking details where the service includes them.
Wherever possible we send our supplements in letterbox-friendly packaging, so you do not need to be at home to receive them. Larger orders and bulkier products are sent as parcels and may need a signature or a safe place.
We use recyclable outer packaging and keep it to the minimum needed to protect the product in transit.
Occasionally a parcel is delayed in the postal network. Royal Mail do not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date, so please allow that time before contacting us.
After that, email sales@verdosa.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate, and resend or refund as appropriate.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days with a photograph and we will put it right. Please do not send anything back before we have replied — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went uncollected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further postage charge may apply.
Payments on this site are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and card payments are protected by 3D Secure where your bank requires it.
We accept major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Payments appear on your statement as VERDOSA.
